The Impact Award honors a remarkable woman in our community who reflects the values at the heart of Lake Washington Girls Middle School. She is a leader, a changemaker, and a passionate advocate for girls’ education.

At L-Dub, we believe in cultivating leadership, critical thinking, and civic responsibility. The Impact Award recipient embodies these qualities and more. She champions equity, uplifts marginalized voices, and serves as a powerful example of what it means to lead with courage, empathy, and purpose. Her work aligns with our mission to inspire girls to be active participants in creating a more just and equitable world.

By honoring her, we also honor the world we envision for our students: one where all girls feel a deep sense of belonging, where their voices are heard, and where their potential is fully realized. The Impact Award is a celebration of partnership, community, and the transformative power of women who lead and bring others with them.
