Affinity Groups
L-Dub has racial, cultural, and ethnic affinity groups available to all students. Attendance is optional and these groups meet during designated club time. Affinity Groups are about building community around shared interests or common goals.
Students work with the Student Life, Equity, and Belonging Coordinator, to identify which affinity groups can best support them. Examples of affinity groups include, African American, Gay Straight Alliance, Blended Families, and much more. Students are encouraged to advocate for the creation of new affinity groups to create intentional spaces for students.
